The Brooks Ghost 18 is a premier neutral road running shoe designed for runners and walkers seeking a consistent, soft, and reliable platform for daily mileage. Featuring nitrogen-infused cushioning and a refined upper, it provides excellent shock absorption and a secure fit for most foot shapes, though its focus remains strictly on neutral support rather than stability for those requiring significant arch correction.

The Ghost 18 is a neutral shoe. While it provides excellent cushioning, it does not offer stability or motion control features often recommended for severe overpronation.
No. It is recommended to hand clean your shoes to preserve the integrity of the cushioning and the upper materials.
The Ghost 18 utilizes DNA LOFT v3 technology, which is nitrogen-infused to provide a lighter and softer feel compared to standard EVA foams.
While the Ghost 18 is capable of faster paces, it is primarily designed as a daily trainer focused on comfort and longevity rather than aggressive speed.
Most running shoes of this type are recommended for replacement every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Adjust the lacing system to a 'window' lacing pattern to reduce pressure on the bridge of the foot.
Ensure the shoe is correctly sized and consider using a 'runner's knot' or 'heel lock' lacing technique to secure the ankle.
To ensure the longevity of your Brooks Ghost 18, it is recommended to rotate your shoes if running daily, allowing the DNA LOFT v3 foam to fully decompress for 24 hours between uses. Compatibility is broad, as the engineered mesh adapts to most standard foot widths.
