Setup
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the rear and insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Alternatively, connect a USB-C cable from the controller to your device.
- Pair with Xbox Console:
- Turn on your Xbox console and the controller.
- Press the Pair button on your Xbox console (usually near the USB ports).
- Press and hold the Pair button on the controller (small circular button between the bumpers) until the Xbox button flashes rapidly.
- The Xbox button will glow solid when connected.
- Pair with PC (Wireless):
- Ensure your PC has Bluetooth enabled.
- Go to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices' > 'Add Bluetooth or other device'.
- Select 'Bluetooth'.
- Press and hold the Pair button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes rapidly.
- Select 'Xbox Wireless Controller' from the list on your PC.
- Pair with Mobile (Android/iOS):
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device.
- Press and hold the Pair button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes rapidly.
- Select 'Xbox Wireless Controller' from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Wired Connection: Connect a USB-C cable from the controller to your Xbox console or PC for direct plug-and-play use.

The Xbox Wireless Controller is compatible with:

Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the controller. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Management:
- Remove AA batteries if the controller will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Consider investing in an official Xbox rechargeable battery pack for convenience and environmental benefits.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Drops: While durable, repeated drops can damage internal components or exterior finishes.
