This item is in 'Good' cosmetic condition. This means it may show visible signs of wear such as scratches, visible scuffs, or minor discoloration, but these imperfections will not impair its functionality.
To pair, first turn on your Xbox One console and the controller. Then, press the small sync button on the top edge of the controller, and immediately press the sync button on your Xbox One console. The Xbox button on the controller will flash until a successful connection is made.
Yes, you can connect this Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC. You can use a standard micro-USB cable for a wired connection, or purchase an Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows (sold separately) for wireless play.
While this Xbox One controller may connect and function with Xbox Series X|S consoles for many games, it is primarily optimized for the Xbox One generation. For full feature support and the best experience on current-gen consoles, an Xbox Series X|S specific controller is recommended.
Input lag can often be resolved by ensuring your controller's batteries are fully charged or replaced. Also, minimize interference by ensuring the console and controller are within reasonable proximity and away from other wireless devices that might disrupt the signal.
Ensure two fresh AA batteries are correctly inserted with the proper polarity. Try new batteries if existing ones are depleted. Verify the battery contacts are clean and free of corrosion.
Press and hold the small pairing button on the top of the controller, then immediately press the pairing button on your Xbox One console. The Xbox button on the controller will flash rapidly and then become solid upon successful connection. If issues persist, try restarting both the console and the controller. Ensure there are no other wireless devices causing interference nearby.
Ensure the controller has sufficient battery charge. Perform a hard reset by removing the batteries for 15 seconds, then reinserting them. For physical issues, inspect for debris around the buttons/joysticks; a small amount of compressed air might help. If on PC, try updating controller drivers through Windows Device Manager.
Ensure the controller is within close range of your console and there are no large physical obstructions (like furniture or walls) or sources of wireless interference (like routers, microwaves, or other wireless devices) between the controller and the console. Check battery levels and replace them if low.
