Setup
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the back of the controller and insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Alternatively, connect a USB-C cable directly to the controller and your console/PC.
- Pair with Xbox Console: Press the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on. Press and hold the small pairing button on the top edge of the controller (near the USB-C port) until the Xbox button flashes rapidly. Then, press the pairing button on your Xbox console (located near the USB-C port on Series X/S, or on the front panel on Xbox One). The Xbox button on the controller will turn solid once paired.
- Pair with PC (Windows 10/11): Ensure your PC has Bluetooth. Go to `Settings` > `Devices` > `Bluetooth & other devices` and select `Add Bluetooth or other device`. Choose `Bluetooth`, then press and hold the pairing button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes. Select the controller from the list on your PC.
- Pair with Mobile (Android/iOS): Enable Bluetooth on your device. Press and hold the pairing button on the controller until the Xbox button flashes. Select the controller from your device's Bluetooth settings list. Some games or apps may require specific controller support.
- Using Xbox Accessories App: Download the 'Xbox Accessories' app from the Microsoft Store on your Xbox or Windows PC to customize button mapping and update firmware.

Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe down the controller. Avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture. Do not use chemical solvents.
- Battery Management: Remove AA batteries if the controller will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage. Consider using rechargeable AA batteries for convenience and environmental benefits.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures, to prolong its lifespan. Avoid dropping or subjecting the controller to strong impacts.
