Can I use this controller with an Xbox One console?

Yes, this controller is fully compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S consoles, as well as Windows 10 PCs and Android devices.

How do I update the controller's firmware?

Connect the controller to your Xbox console or PC via USB-C. On Xbox, go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Accessories. On PC, use the Xbox Accessories app from the Microsoft Store.

Is iOS support available?

iOS support is planned for the future. Please check official Xbox announcements for updates on availability.

Can I remap the buttons on this controller?

Yes, you can customize button mapping using the Xbox Accessories app on your Xbox console or Windows 10 PC.

Does it come with a USB-C cable?

A USB-C cable is not typically included with the controller. It is used for wired connection or firmware updates, and needs to be purchased separately if you don't already have one.

Troubleshooting

Controller won't turn on

Ensure AA batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged/new. Try a different set of batteries. If using USB-C, ensure the cable is securely connected to both the controller and the device.

Controller won't pair with my device

Make sure the controller is in pairing mode (Xbox button flashing rapidly). For Xbox consoles, also press the pairing button on the console. For PC/Android, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and select 'Xbox Wireless Controller' from the list. Reduce distance and potential interference sources.

Buttons or sticks are unresponsive/laggy

Check battery level; low batteries can cause performance issues. Ensure the controller's firmware is up to date (see FAQ). If connected via Bluetooth, try connecting directly with a USB-C cable to rule out wireless interference. Clean any debris from around buttons or sticks.

Headset audio is not working

Ensure your headset is securely plugged into the 3.5mm jack. Check the audio settings on your Xbox console or PC to ensure the controller is selected as the audio output device and that volumes are turned up. Update controller firmware if available.

Dedicated Share button not working

Verify that your console or PC's system software is up to date. Check console settings related to capture and sharing. Sometimes a quick power cycle of the controller can resolve minor glitches.
