Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and dry it thoroughly. This pan is compatible with all stove types, including induction. Because of its 304 stainless steel construction, it is highly durable; however, always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent thermal shock. While the surface is scratch-resistant, you can extend the aesthetic life of the pan by using silicone or wooden tools. Cleaning is simple: most food residue can be removed with a mild detergent and a soft sponge. For stubborn spots, a standard stainless steel cleaner is safe to use given the material's resistance to corrosion.
