This Zwilling frying pan is suitable for all hob types including induction, and is oven safe up to 300°C. It's made with 3-ply stainless steel, which helps your food cook evenly, and means the pan will last longer. With its scratch-resistant coating, you don't need to fear using metal utensils when caramelising onions. When you've finished cooking, washing up is no hassle - just pop it in the dishwasher. The stay-cool handle comes in handy when moving the pan from the hob to the table. This stainless steel frying pan has a 26cm rim diameter and features Sigma Clad 3-ply stainless steel and aluminium body construction with a 3mm thickness. It has an especially wide pouring rim for safe and precise pouring without dripping. The high-quality 18/10 stainless steel is especially hygienic, robust, and scratch-resistant. The massive stainless steel handle stays cool for a long time and allows comfortable handling.
