Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your trainers, always untie the laces fully before removing the shoes to preserve the heel collar structure. If the trainers become wet or muddy, avoid direct heat sources like radiators, as this can degrade the foam integrity. Instead, remove the insole and allow them to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush and mild soapy water to remove surface debris from the textured outsole. Ensure you are wearing the appropriate size for your arch type; if you typically use custom orthotics, the internal volume of the Rise 3 allows for standard insert replacements.
