Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Brooks Glycerin Flex trainers, it is essential to allow the midsole foam to recover between runs; alternating pairs can extend the life of the nitrogen-infused material. When fitting, ensure that there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to accommodate natural foot swelling during exercise. For cleaning, remove surface dirt with a soft brush and clean the knit upper with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the foam and adhesives. Always let them air dry away from direct heat sources like radiators.
