Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your Velosamba shoes, ensure you are using a two-bolt mountain bike cleat system. Align the cleats with the mounting holes on the outsole, ensuring they are tightened securely to the manufacturer's torque specifications. For care, since the shoes feature leather, it is recommended to wipe away dirt and road grime with a damp cloth after wet rides to preserve the material. Avoid soaking the shoes in water, and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking. Check your cleat bolts periodically to ensure they remain tight, as vibration from the road can cause them to loosen over time.
