Setup, Compatibility & Care
These shoes are compatible with standard two-bolt mountain bike cleat systems, such as SPD. To set them up, remove the cover plate on the sole and attach your chosen cleats according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the bolts are tightened securely to prevent movement during your ride.
For care, wipe the leather upper with a damp cloth after rides to remove road grime or mud. Avoid soaking the leather or putting the shoes in a clothes dryer, as excessive heat can damage the bonding agents in the midsole and degrade the leather. If the shoes get wet, stuff them with newspaper to help them retain their shape while air-drying.
