Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your shoes, align your two-bolt SPD-style cleats with the recessed mounting points on the sole. Ensure all screws are tightened to the manufacturer's torque specifications. These shoes are compatible with most standard mountain bike pedals. For care, wipe down the leather upper with a damp cloth after rides to remove road grime and salt. If the shoes get wet, air dry them naturally at room temperature, keeping them away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can crack or warp the leather. Periodically check that your cleat bolts remain tight and that the rubber tread is free of debris.
