Setup
1. Wireless Connection (Bluetooth):
- For Xbox Consoles: Press and hold the Xbox button on the controller to turn it on. Press the Pair button (small circular button on top, near the USB-C port) until the Xbox button flashes rapidly. On your Xbox console, press the Pair button on the console itself. The Xbox button on the controller will become solid when connected.
- For Windows 10 PC/Android: Press and hold the Xbox button to turn on the controller. Press the Pair button until the Xbox button flashes rapidly. On your PC, go to `Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices` and select `Add Bluetooth or other device`. Choose `Bluetooth` and select the controller from the list. For Android, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and pair with the controller.
2. Wired Connection (USB-C):
- Simply connect one end of the included 9-foot USB-C cable to the controller's USB-C port and the other end to an available USB port on your Xbox console or Windows 10 PC. The controller will automatically detect the wired connection and begin functioning.
Compatibility
This controller is compatible with:
- Xbox Series X
- Xbox Series S
- Xbox One consoles
- Windows 10 PCs (via Bluetooth or USB-C)
- Android devices (via Bluetooth)
- iOS devices (support 'coming in the future')
Care
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe down the controller. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Cable Management: When not in use, gently coil the USB-C cable to prevent kinks or damage.
- Battery Management: If using AA batteries, remove them if the controller will not be used for an extended period to prevent corrosion. If using a rechargeable battery pack (sold separately), follow its specific charging and care instructions.
