Additionally, its thick film build conceals imperfections effectively and creates a smooth surface that is perfect for sanding or finishing. Johnstone's Trade Professional Undercoat is a high VOC content finish. An oil-based product that can be applied by brush or roller. Suitable for interior and exterior use. Touch dry in 4-6 hours and recoatable after 16-24 hours. All surfaces to be painted should be clean, dry and free from all loose and flaking material. Prime bare surfaces with the appropriate Johnstone's primer.
