Setup, Compatibility & Care: Maximizing Your Investment
Setup
These football boots require no complex setup. Simply unbox, lace them up securely, and you're ready to hit the pitch. We recommend wearing them for a short period before a game to allow them to conform to your foot shape.
Compatibility
- Pitch Type: Designed exclusively for `Firm Ground (FG)` pitches. Using them on artificial grass (AG), turf (TF), or indoor (IC) surfaces may compromise performance, durability, and potentially lead to injury.
- Foot Type: The `new shoe frame` is engineered to be more accommodating for a variety of foot types, with a focus on providing a comfortable fit around the toe box.
- Sizing: Refer to the UK 11.5 sizing. Always ensure a snug yet comfortable fit for optimal ball control and injury prevention.
Care Instructions
Proper care will extend the life and maintain the performance of your boots:
- Clean After Each Use: After every game or training session, remove any loose dirt and mud from the boots using a soft brush or cloth.
- Wipe Down: Use a damp cloth with mild soap (if necessary) to gently wipe down the upper and soleplate. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Rinse (Soleplate): For heavy mud on the soleplate, a gentle rinse under water can be used, ensuring water does not soak into the upper.
- Air Dry: Stuff the boots with newspaper to absorb moisture and help maintain their shape. Allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources (like radiators), as extreme heat can damage materials.
- Lacquer Finish Note: Please be aware that the lacquer finish on the bottom of the boot's soleplate is designed for aesthetic appeal and may wear off during play. This is normal and will not affect the performance or durability of the product.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place. Using a boot bag can protect them during transport.
