Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your boots last through a demanding season, follow these essential care practices:
- Breaking In: Wear the boots for short training sessions before using them in competitive matches to allow the leather to mold to your feet.
- Surface Usage: These are designed for firm, natural grass surfaces. Avoid using them on artificial grass or concrete, as this will lead to premature wear of the soleplate and studs.
- Post-Match Cleaning: Remove excess mud immediately after use using a soft brush. Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources.
- Leather Maintenance: Periodically treat the leather with a suitable leather conditioner to keep it soft and prevent cracking.
- Storage: Always store in a cool, dry place and use a shoe tree or stuffed newspaper to help maintain the boot's shape.
