Setup:
- Lacing: Ensure laces are tight but comfortable, starting from the toe and working up to the ankle. The asymmetric design of the Flyknit collar is intended for a snug fit.
- Break-in: Like all high-performance boots, a short break-in period is recommended. Wear them for light training sessions before competitive matches to allow the materials to mold to your foot.
Compatibility:
These boots are specifically designed for Firm Ground (FG) pitches. This means they are best suited for natural grass fields that are dry and offer good traction. Using them on artificial grass (AG), soft ground (SG), or very hard ground may compromise performance, stud durability, and could potentially void warranties.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and mud using a soft brush or damp cloth.
- Washing: Hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Avoid machine washing or harsh detergents, as these can damage the materials and technologies (like Gripknit).
- Drying: Air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Do not tumble dry. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Using a boot bag can protect them from scratches and scuffs.
