Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Saucony Guide 19 trainers are ready to wear right out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct size for a comfortable fit. The traditional lacing system allows you to adjust the snugness of the midfoot lockdown to your preference. Always lace them up before each run for optimal support.
Compatibility: These trainers are designed for neutral to mild overpronators and are best suited for road running. They are compatible with most running socks. While they can be used for various athletic activities, their design is optimized for running mechanics.
Care:
- Cleaning: After runs, remove excess dirt with a dry brush. For tougher stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes, as this can damage the materials and adhesives.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight, which can degrade the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid long-term storage in humid conditions or direct sunlight.
- Usage: Rotate with other running shoes if possible to extend the lifespan of both pairs and allow the cushioning to recover between runs.
