The adidas Duramo trainers are designed for adult female runners seeking a balance of comfort and stability for everything from beginner training runs to 10k races. These shoes feature advanced cushioning and breathable construction to support your feet throughout your workout, though they are optimized specifically for road and treadmill running rather than technical trail terrain.

These trainers are great for training up to a 10k, but marathons may require more specialized high-mileage cushioning.
While they provide comfort for cardio, their cushioned sole is not ideal for heavy lifting which requires a firmer, flatter base.
No, the engineered mesh upper is designed for breathability and will allow water to pass through in wet conditions.
These are standard UK adult sizes; it is recommended to leave a thumb's width of space at the front for proper movement.
Running shoes typically need replacing every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
Use a double knot or a runner's loop (heel lock) to secure the laces more effectively.
Use the extra eyelet at the top of the shoe for a 'runner's knot' to tighten the heel collar.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge dry dirt before wiping with a damp cloth.
To ensure the best performance from your adidas Duramo trainers, start by adjusting the laces to your desired tension before every run. Because they are constructed with engineered mesh, keep them away from mud and harsh conditions to preserve the material's integrity. To clean, gently wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as these can damage the midsole foam and adhesives. Always allow them to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded place away from direct heat sources like radiators.
