Troubleshooting
Slides feel too loose
Ensure the wide strap is positioned correctly across the foot for maximum security. If the fit is consistently too loose, consider a smaller size if available.
Discomfort from arch support
The arch support is designed to conform to the foot over time. If initial discomfort persists, try wearing them for shorter periods initially to allow your feet to adjust.
Slight rubbing on the strap
This can sometimes occur with new footwear. Wearing them with socks for a short period or ensuring the strap is not overly tightened can help alleviate rubbing.
