FAQs
Are these slides suitable for swimming?
These slides are waterproof and ideal for wearing around the pool or beach, but they are not designed for actual swimming.
Can I wear these for running or sports?
No, the O'Neill Script Slides are designed for casual wear and comfort, not for athletic performance. They lack the support and secure fit required for sports.
How do I clean off sand or dirt?
Simply wipe them clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap can be used, followed by a rinse with clean water, and then air dry.
What is the main benefit of the arch support?
The integrated arch support is designed to provide enhanced comfort and stability, particularly during extended wear or walking.
Are there other color options available?
Yes, the O'Neill Script Slides are available in various colors, including Black and Funky Peach, in addition to Purple.
What is the purpose of the wide strap?
The wide strap is designed to provide a secure and stable fit, ensuring the slide stays comfortably on your foot during wear.
Troubleshooting
Slides feel too tight or too loose
Ensure you have selected the correct size. The wide strap is designed for a secure fit, but individual foot shapes can vary.
Discomfort from arch support
The arch support is integrated into the footbed. If discomfort persists after a short break-in period, these may not be the ideal fit for your foot type.
Material appears discolored after exposure to sun
While designed for outdoor use, prolonged direct sunlight can sometimes affect colors. Store in a shaded area when possible and allow to air dry away from direct heat.
