How do I clean sand out of the footbed?
You can easily rinse the slides with fresh water. Use a damp cloth or a soft brush to gently remove any stubborn sand particles from the footbed and strap.
What is the main benefit of the arch support?
The integrated arch support is designed to provide enhanced comfort and stability, helping to reduce foot fatigue during extended wear.

Troubleshooting
Slides feel too loose or too tight.
Ensure you have selected the correct size. Consult the brand's size chart for accurate measurements. The wide strap offers a secure fit, but individual foot shapes may vary.
Material feels stiff after initial wear.
This is normal for new waterproof materials. Wear the slides around the house for a short period to allow them to conform to your foot shape. The cushioned footbed will also soften with use.
Slipping occurs on very wet, smooth surfaces.
While designed for wet environments, extremely slick surfaces can still pose a risk. Exercise caution and ensure the sole has adequate grip on the surface.
