The lock is usually set to '000' by default. To change it, slide the latch to open, locate the reset button (often requires a pen tip), press it, set your desired 3-digit code, and then press the latch again to secure the new code.

While not designed for easy user replacement, severe wheel damage may be covered under the 15-year manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer for assessment and repair options.

The expander zip allows you to increase the depth of the Medium and Large suitcases, adding extra packing capacity when you need it, for instance, when returning from a trip with additional items.

The suitcase is made from robust Polypropylene (PP), a strong and lightweight plastic known for its impact resistance.

The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not usually cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by airlines.
