Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup: Upon receiving your Rock Oslo Suitcase, familiarize yourself with the integrated TSA combination lock. The default code is typically '0-0-0'. To set your personal code, locate the reset mechanism (usually a small button or pinhole near the lock dials), press and hold it while turning the dials to your desired three-digit combination, then release the button. Ensure you remember your chosen code.
Compatibility: This suitcase is designed for general travel and is compatible with most airline baggage restrictions, particularly the 'SML' size for carry-on. Always double-check specific airline size and weight regulations before flying.
Care Instructions: To maintain the appearance and functionality of your suitcase:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and rinse with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Wheels: Periodically check the wheels for debris. Clean them gently with a damp cloth. If they become stiff, a small amount of silicone lubricant can help restore smooth movement.
- Storage: Store the suitcase in a cool, dry place. If storing multiple cases, nesting them can save space, but be mindful not to place excessively heavy items inside the nested case that could cause damage.
- Zippers: Ensure zippers are free from obstructions before closing. Use the TSA lock to secure the main compartments.
