Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your FootJoy Premiere Series shoes last, it is important to follow proper maintenance routines. Because the upper includes authentic wool, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud or debris from the tweed sections after each round. Avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial cleaning agents on the wool to prevent fabric damage. The full-grain leather sections can be cleaned with a damp cloth and treated with a leather conditioner to prevent cracking over time. Always allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can warp the leather and weaken the waterproof membrane.
