Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your footwear, proper care is essential, especially given the wool components.
- Initial Setup: Ensure you test the shoes with your preferred golf socks to check the fit against the molded collar and tongue.
- Cleaning: After your round, gently brush off loose dirt using a soft-bristled brush. For the leather sections, use a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals on the Harris Tweed panels to maintain the integrity of the weave.
- Storage: Keep the shoes in a cool, dry environment. Avoid storing them in direct sunlight or the trunk of a hot car, as extreme heat can degrade the adhesives used in high-performance golf shoes.
- Maintenance: If the shoes become soaked, remove the insoles and allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources like radiators.
