The On Cloudrunner 3 is designed for adult runners who prioritize comfort, support, and a stable ride during road runs. Utilizing signature CloudTec technology, these trainers absorb impact to provide soft landings paired with an energized push-off, making them an excellent choice for daily mileage. However, while they offer reliable traction and a secure fit, runners looking for an ultra-lightweight racing flat may find the plush cushioning adds a bit more structure than desired.

Yes, the Cloudrunner 3 is built for comfort and support over long distances, making them a suitable choice for marathon training and race day for runners who prioritize cushioning.
These shoes are optimized for road surfaces. The outsole lacks the deep, aggressive lugs required for technical trails or loose terrain.
Generally, it is recommended to replace road running shoes every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running style and surface conditions.
The standard fit of the On Cloudrunner 3 is designed to accommodate a wide range of foot shapes through its breathable mesh upper construction.
No, machine washing can damage the adhesive and foam structure. Clean them manually with a damp cloth and mild soap.
The design of CloudTec pods can occasionally trap small debris; use a dull plastic tool to gently remove debris from the grooves.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a 'window lacing' style to relieve pressure across the bridge of your foot.
To ensure the longevity of your On Cloudrunner 3 trainers, ensure you have the correct size for your gait—UK size 5.5 in this white variant is designed for an adult female foot. For setup, ensure the laces are snug but not constricting to allow for natural foot swelling during runs. To clean, remove loose dirt with a soft brush and use a damp cloth with mild soap; never submerge the shoes in water or place them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the foam integrity. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain the elasticity of the mesh and the performance of the midsole.
