The ON Cloud X Tempo is a high-performance hybrid trainer designed for active adults who prioritize versatility, blending responsive running cushioning with the lateral stability required for mixed-intensity gym sessions. It is the ideal choice for athletes who transition frequently between cardio and strength movements; however, users should note that its specialized construction is optimized for training rather than long-distance endurance running.

While they offer responsive cushioning, they are optimized for training and mixed-intensity workouts rather than long-distance running.
Yes, their stable base makes them suitable for moderate weightlifting, though specialized lifting shoes are recommended for heavy compound lifts.
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; do not put them in the washing machine or dryer.
The ON Cloud X Tempo generally fits true to size, but we recommend referencing our size guide to match your specific foot measurements.
This specific variant is engineered for a female fit.
Adjust the lacing pattern to a tighter configuration or use a runner's loop at the top eyelet to secure the heel.
Remove small pebbles or dirt by gently tapping the sole or using a non-abrasive tool after every workout.
To ensure your ON Cloud X Tempo trainers last, start by ensuring you have the correct fit, as proper sizing is critical for the stability features to function effectively. When cleaning, avoid machine washing; instead, use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to spot clean the upper. Air dry in a cool, shaded area away from direct heat sources to prevent damage to the foam cushioning. Periodically check the outsole for debris trapped in the cloud elements to maintain traction.
