The ON Cloud X Tempo Trainers are a versatile hybrid solution designed for female athletes and fitness enthusiasts who require a single shoe for both running and high-intensity gym sessions. By combining smooth, responsive cushioning with a highly secure, supportive upper, these trainers help you maintain stability and speed through diverse workout routines. While they excel in cross-training environments, users should be aware that they are specifically optimized for mixed-intensity workouts rather than long-distance endurance running.

While the Cloud X Tempo has great cushioning, it is optimized for mixed-intensity training. For strictly long-distance running, an ON model specifically designed for road running may be more appropriate.
The ON Cloud X Tempo generally runs true to size. It is recommended to select your standard athletic shoe size.
Use a gentle soap solution and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbing to prevent damage to the upper fabric.
Yes, they are suitable for outdoor fitness sessions, though you should avoid muddy or loose terrain to keep the grip effective.
The shoe features a balanced architecture that provides natural support suited for a wide range of foot types during exercise.
Ensure laces are tightened securely to leverage the upper support system, though recognize these are designed for speed and agility rather than powerlifting.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the rubber outsole after every gym session to maintain optimal traction.
To ensure the best experience, ensure you have the correct size for your foot profile. As these are hybrid trainers, they should fit snugly without restricting blood flow. Compatibility is highest with standard gym socks. To maintain the shoes, avoid machine washing; instead, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust and a damp cloth with mild soap for surface stains. Always allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to preserve the integrity of the cushioning materials.
