Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Getting started with your Cloud 6 Waterproof trainers is straightforward:
- Unboxing: Carefully remove the trainers from their packaging.
- Lacing: Ensure the laces are threaded correctly and adjust them to your preferred tightness for a secure, comfortable fit. Utilize the top eyelets for maximum ankle support if desired.
- First Wear: Wear them for short periods initially to allow them to conform to your feet before extended use.
Compatibility
These trainers are designed for:
- Activities: Urban running, walking, casual everyday wear, commuting.
- Surfaces: Pavement, asphalt, light gravel, treadmill.
- Apparel: Compatible with most athletic and casual clothing. Consider moisture-wicking socks to enhance comfort, especially during active use.
Care
Proper care will extend the life and performance of your Cloud 6 Waterproof trainers:
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the upper and outsole with a damp cloth and mild soap (if necessary). Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive brushes that could damage the waterproof membrane or fabric.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources (like radiators or dryers). Stuffing them lightly with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain their shape.
- Waterproof Maintenance: To preserve the waterproof integrity, avoid machine washing or submerging the shoes for extended periods. Regular gentle cleaning is usually sufficient.
- Storage: Store your trainers in a cool, dry place. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
