Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup/Fit
- Select Proper Size: Ensure you choose the correct size for your feet, taking into account swelling during longer runs. Try them on with your preferred running socks.
- Lace Securely: Use the integrated lace system to achieve a snug fit. Focus on ensuring your heel feels locked in by the sculpted heel cup and external rear strap.
- Test Walk/Jog: Walk and jog briefly indoors to check for any pressure points, rubbing, or excessive foot movement inside the shoe before your first run.
Compatibility
These shoes are ideal for:
- Trail running (short to ultra-distances)
- Technical hiking
- Cross-country events
- Training on varied off-road terrains
They are suitable for conditions requiring superior grip, cushioning, and foot protection.
Care
- Post-Run Cleaning: After use, remove any large chunks of mud, dirt, or debris from the outsole and upper using a soft brush or old toothbrush.
- Upper Cleaning: For the mesh upper, gently wipe with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Drying: Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources (e.g., radiators, direct sunlight) as this can damage materials.
- Insole Maintenance: The removable EVA insole can be taken out and air-dried separately to prevent odors and ensure thorough drying.
