Transform your patio with 25L of Block Magic. This tan-coloured sealer revitalizes and protects block paving, patios, and driveways. Its acrylic resin and liquid pigment blend deeply penetrates, restoring or enhancing the colour. Boasting 3m² coverage per litre, it's highly efficient. For application, pressure wash the paving to remove debris, then let it dry for 3-4 days. Apply one coat with a brush or roller. Re-sand the joints, then apply a second coat. Allow 1-2 days for complete curing after each coat. Smartseal Block Magic is a coloured block paving sealer, which will either change or restore the colour of your block paving. It's comprised of a blend of acrylic resins & liquid pigments which soak deep into paving completely renovating and adding protection to block paving patios and driveways. Everyday weather like sun and rain is one of the main culprits for loss of colouration on block paving, alongside pressure washing and vehicle usage. This is where Block Magic comes in, and works to replace that colour that has been lost. How does the Block Magic work? Smartseal Block Magic Sealer adds colour to your block paving as well as providing a protective layer that will protect against all types of dirt, grime and staining. Always apply a second coat of sealer; either another coat of Block Magic or our Block Paving Sealer in Matt or Silk finish.
