Smartseal Block Magic is a premium blend of liquid pigments and acrylic resins designed to rejuvenate and protect block paving driveways and patios. This product effectively restores the color lost due to sun exposure, rain, vehicles, and pressure washing, ensuring your paving looks like new. It is suitable for application on old or poorly conditioned pavers, which may require two coats for a uniform finish. Technical specifications Volume: 150ml Covers approximately 3 m²/litre on average based on one coat (coverage may reduce to around 2.5 m²/litre on old pavers) Composition: Liquid UV stable pigments blended with acrylic resins and solvents Application method: Roller Drying time: Tack-free within 2 hours at 20°C Foot traffic permissible after 4 hours Vehicles should be kept off the sealed area for a minimum of 24 hours at 20°C Application temperature range: Do not apply when ground temperature is above 23°C or below 12°C Installation Ensure paving is pressure.
