Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, remove all packaging and wash the pan in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. Dry it thoroughly before placing it on your hob. This pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction, electric, gas, and ceramic cooktops.
To ensure the longevity of the non-stick ceramic surface, avoid the use of metal utensils, which can scratch the coating; opt for silicone or wooden tools instead. After cooking, allow the pan to cool down completely before washing. While it may be tempting to use a dishwasher, this pan must be hand-washed to preserve its high-performance properties. Store it carefully, ideally using a pan protector if stacking, to prevent surface damage.
