Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These running shoes require no specific setup. Ensure you have the correct size for optimal comfort and performance. It is recommended to wear them for a few shorter runs to allow them to break in and conform to your foot shape.
Compatibility: The Glycerin Flex is designed as a neutral road running shoe. It is compatible with most running socks and can be used for various running activities on roads, sidewalks, and treadmills.
Care: To maintain the performance and longevity of your Brooks Glycerin Flex trainers:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove any loose dirt or mud with a soft brush or dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild detergent and cold water with a soft brush or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Never machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry the shoes at room temperature, away from direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving them in extreme temperatures, such as a hot car.
