Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These trainers are ready to wear straight out of the box. No specific setup is required beyond ensuring they fit correctly. For optimal performance, it is recommended to wear them with appropriate running socks.
Compatibility:
The Brooks Glycerin Flex is designed as a road running shoe. It is compatible with most standard running surfaces, including asphalt, concrete, and treadmills. It is best suited for runners with a neutral gait. If you require significant motion control or stability for overpronation, a different shoe model might be more appropriate.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Clean the shoes using a soft brush or cloth with mild soap and cold water. Avoid using harsh detergents or solvents. For stubborn dirt, a damp cloth can be used.
- Drying: Allow the shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place them near direct heat sources like radiators or in a clothes dryer, as this can damage the materials.
- Washing Machine: It is generally not recommended to machine wash these running shoes, as it can compromise the structural integrity and cushioning system.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
