Full details

The DS Living Prima Divan Bed in Black is designed for those seeking a sleek, elegant, and modern bed frame that complements minimalist and contemporary bedroom aesthetics. Its key benefit lies in its understated luxury, featuring a tall, softly padded headboard and a low-profile base for a streamlined look. A key caveat is that this is a non-ottoman model, meaning integrated storage is not a standard feature, though optional drawers can be purchased separately. This divan offers a solid, comfortable foundation for your mattress, crafted from premium soft-touch fabric for durability and ease of maintenance.

What is the return policy for this bed?

As the beds are crafted to order, returns are only accepted if the item is found to be faulty at the point of delivery. Please inspect the bed carefully upon arrival.

Troubleshooting

Uneven surface or mattress dipping

Ensure the divan base sections are correctly and securely joined. Check for any obstructions underneath the base. If the issue persists, contact customer support as the frame may be faulty.

Headboard appears loose

Verify that the headboard has been correctly attached to the divan base according to the provided instructions. Tighten any fixings if necessary.

Fabric shows signs of wear prematurely

Ensure regular dusting and spot-cleaning as per care instructions. Avoid placing the bed in direct sunlight for extended periods, which can fade colours. Contact support if wear appears to be a structural defect.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions

Setup: As the Prima Divan Bed is crafted to order and not flat-packed, assembly typically involves placing the base sections together and attaching the headboard. Specific instructions will be provided with your delivery. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Compatibility: This divan bed is compatible with all standard mattress types and sizes (Single, Double, King, Super King). Ensure your chosen mattress is the correct size for the divan base. If opting for optional drawer storage, ensure compatibility with your selected base configuration.

Care: To maintain the appearance and longevity of the soft-touch fabric, dust regularly with a clean, dry cloth. For minor spills or marks, use a slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Professional cleaning may be recommended for stubborn stains.
