Full details

The DS Living Prima Divan Bed is designed for individuals seeking a sophisticated and minimalist bed frame that offers understated luxury and practical comfort. Its key benefit is the elegant, low-profile design with a tall, softly padded headboard, providing a refined focal point for modern bedrooms. A key caveat is that mattresses are not included and returns are not accepted unless faulty on delivery due to its custom-made nature.

FAQs

Is a mattress included with the Prima Divan Bed?

No, the mattress is not included unless specifically stated otherwise. The bed frame is designed to fit standard UK-sized mattresses.

Can I return the bed if I change my mind?

As the beds are crafted to order, returns are only accepted if the item is found to be faulty at the point of delivery. Please inspect the item carefully upon arrival.

Does the bed have built-in storage?

The Prima Divan Bed is a non-ottoman model. Optional drawer storage configurations can be purchased separately if additional practicality is desired.

What are the available colors for the Prima Divan Bed?

What sizes are available?

The Prima Divan Bed is available in Single, Double, King, and Super King sizes.

How should I care for the fabric upholstery?

For regular maintenance, dust with a soft, dry cloth. For minor stains, use a slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Is assembly required?

No, the beds are crafted to order and are not flat-packed, meaning they arrive assembled and ready for placement.

Troubleshooting

Bed frame appears unstable

Ensure the bed frame is on a level surface. Check if all components are properly seated (though it's non-flat-packed, ensure nothing shifted in transit). If instability persists, contact customer support.

Fabric has a minor stain

Gently blot the stain with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Use mild soap and water if necessary, but test on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid over-wetting the fabric.

Delivery issues or damage found on arrival

Report any damage immediately at the point of delivery. As per the disclaimer, defects must be identified upon delivery for a potential return or resolution. Contact customer service with photographic evidence.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The Prima Divan Bed is delivered assembled and is not flat-packed, simplifying the setup process. Upon delivery, the bed frame will be placed in the desired room. Customers are responsible for placing their mattress onto the divan base.

Compatibility: This divan bed is designed to fit standard UK-sized mattresses. Please ensure you have the correct mattress size (Single, Double, King, Super King) for the bed frame purchased. It is compatible with most standard mattress types. If opting for drawer storage (sold separately), ensure compatibility with the chosen bed size.

Care: To maintain the pristine condition of the premium soft-touch fabric, regular dusting with a soft, dry cloth is recommended. For minor spills or stains, use a slightly damp cloth and blot gently. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Professional cleaning may be considered for deep stains.
