FAQs
What is the correct drill bit size for M10 bolts?
The appropriate drill bit size depends on the base material. Generally, a drill bit of 10mm diameter is suitable for use with M10 bolts.
Can these bolts be used outdoors?
Yes, the yellow finish offers some corrosion resistance, making them suitable for outdoor use. However, exposure to harsh elements may reduce their lifespan.
What materials are these bolts suitable for?
These bolts are suitable for use with concrete, brick, stone, and some types of wood, providing a secure fastening solution when used correctly.
How much weight can these bolts hold?
The load-bearing capacity depends on the base material and the installation. Consult a professional for load capacity information relevant to your application.
What tools are needed for installation?
You will need a drill, an appropriately sized drill bit, and a wrench or other tool for tightening the bolt.
Are washers required when using these bolts?
Washers are recommended to distribute the load and provide a more secure fastening, especially on softer materials.
Troubleshooting
Bolt won't tighten.
Check if the hole is the correct size. Ensure the bolt threads are not damaged. If the base material is crumbling, consider using a different type of anchor.
Bolt spins in the hole.
The hole might be too large. Try using a larger diameter bolt, or consider filling the hole with an appropriate filler before re-drilling.
Bolt is not flush with the surface.
Ensure the fixture has a flat surface. Check if the bolt is fully inserted. Use washers if necessary to achieve a flush finish.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation:
Ensure the work surface is clean and free of debris.
Select the correct drill bit size according to the bolt diameter (M10).
Drilling:
Drill a hole through the fixture and into the base material.
The hole should be deep enough to accommodate the full length of the bolt.
Insertion:
Insert the through bolt through the fixture and into the drilled hole.
Tightening:
Tighten the bolt using a wrench or appropriate tool, ensuring a secure hold.
Compatibility:
The bolts are compatible with various base materials, including concrete, brick, and stone.
Always verify material compatibility to ensure a secure fastening.
