Leyland Granocryl Smooth Masonry Paint - Orange

The Leyland Granocryl Smooth Masonry Paint provides up to 10 years of protection from weathering and dirt accumulation.

It is ideal for most exterior masonry surfaces, including brickwork, concrete, roughcast, rendering, and pebble-dash.

It is recommended to apply the paint in temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Avoid application in cold, damp conditions or when frost is expected.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from loose debris, algae, or old paint. A primer may be necessary for very porous or previously painted surfaces.

Two coats are generally recommended for full coverage, protection, and the best aesthetic finish.

Clean all tools immediately after use with water.

The paint remains flexible once dry, which helps to prevent cracking and flaking caused by the natural expansion and contraction of masonry surfaces.

Ensure the surface was thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free from dust or contaminants before application. Consider using a suitable masonry primer if the surface is very porous or chalky.

Apply paint evenly, avoiding overworking any single section. Ensure consistent brush or roller strokes. Apply a second coat if necessary, following drying time guidelines.

This may indicate insufficient paint coverage or a porous surface. A second coat applied after the first has fully dried should resolve this issue.
