The On Running Cloudsurfer Next is designed for adult male runners seeking an agile, everyday training shoe that balances premium comfort with dynamic energy return. Featuring advanced CloudTec Phase technology, this shoe offers a smooth transition and powerful toe-off, making it an ideal upgrade for those transitioning from the Cloudgo series. Please note that while it provides excellent cushioning, it features a lower stack height compared to the standard Cloudsurfer, which may affect those who prefer maximum plushness over ground feel.

The Next version features a lower stack height and a different cavity layout in the CloudTec Phase technology for a more agile, dynamic, and responsive ride.
Yes, the updated rubber pads on the outsole are specifically designed to offer reliable traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
The Cloudsurfer Next weighs approximately 285g.
This shoe features a 6mm heel-to-toe drop.
It is well-cushioned for mid-to-long distance training, though its primary focus is on agility and energy return rather than pure maximal cushioning.
The upper is crafted from a lightweight, engineered woven material inspired by the Cloudboom race day shoes.
Ensure the laces are tensioned correctly across the midfoot to prevent the foot from sliding within the engineered upper.
Periodically inspect the outsole and use a blunt tool to gently remove any rocks or gravel that may have become lodged between the cloud elements.
Gently rinse the upper with lukewarm water and a mild soap, then allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
To ensure the longevity of your Cloudsurfer Next, it is recommended to allow the shoes to dry completely after runs in wet conditions, keeping them away from direct heat sources which can degrade the foam. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dirt and a damp cloth for the woven upper; avoid machine washing. Ensure you are wearing the correct sock thickness for your foot size to maintain the integrity of the engineered upper. If you are replacing insoles, ensure they are compatible with the specific internal volume of the Cloudsurfer Next to maintain the intended gait mechanics.
