Setup
- Identify Polarity: Locate the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on both the battery and the device's battery compartment.
- Insert Correctly: Carefully insert the C battery into the device, matching the positive (+) end of the battery with the positive (+) contact in the device, and the negative (-) end with the negative (-) contact.
- Secure Compartment: Close the battery compartment securely after insertion.
Compatibility
Duracell Plus Power C batteries are compatible with any device that explicitly requires C-size alkaline batteries. Always check your device's manual or battery compartment for the specified battery type and size.
Care
- Storage: Store unused batteries in their original packaging in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, which can reduce shelf life.
- Handling: Do not carry loose batteries in your pocket or purse with metal objects like coins or keys, as this can cause a short circuit.
- Disposal: Once depleted, dispose of batteries responsibly. Many communities offer battery recycling programs. Do not throw used batteries into fire, as they may explode or leak.
