It replaces colour lost due to everyday weather, pressure washing, and vehicle usage. The sealer provides a protective layer against dirt, grime, and staining. For best results, a second coat is recommended, either of Block Magic or a clear sealer. It is available in 5L and 5 colours, with a lifetime expectancy of 3-5 years. It is UV stable and stain resistant. Coverage is 3m2 per litre. Application involves pressure washing the paving, allowing it to dry for three to four days, applying one coat of Block Magic with a roller (two coats may be needed for colour changes), allowing it to cure for one to two days, and then re-sanding the joints. Always test in a small area first. Not suitable for clay pavers or in combination with polyurethane.
