Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch uses a standard quartz movement and typically comes with the crown in the 'off' position to conserve battery. To set the time:
- Gently pull the crown outwards to the second position.
- Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Push the crown back in fully to the normal position to resume running and secure the setting.
Compatibility:
As a standalone analog watch, it does not interface with other devices, ensuring broad compatibility with any personal style.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. For the crystal, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Water Resistance: Check the specific water resistance rating on the case back. While often resistant to splashes, it is generally not recommended for swimming or diving unless explicitly stated.
- Battery: The quartz movement is powered by a battery. If the watch stops running, the battery will need to be replaced by a qualified watch technician.
