Setting Up Your Watch
- Winding: If the watch has stopped, manually wind it by turning the crown clockwise about 20-30 times. This will provide an initial power reserve.
- Setting the Time and Date: Pull the crown out to the first position to set the date. Pull it out to the second position to set the time.
- Secure the Crown: Push the crown back in and screw it down (if applicable) to ensure water resistance.
Compatibility
This watch is designed to be compatible with a variety of straps. However, the original strap is specifically designed and fitted.
Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the watch case and crystal. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents.
- Leather Strap Care:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Clean the strap regularly with a leather cleaner.
- Condition the strap periodically to prevent drying and cracking.
- Servicing: Have the watch serviced every 3-5 years by a qualified watchmaker to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
