FAQs

Are these curtains blackout?

They are fully lined, which significantly reduces light entry, but they are not marketed as total blackout curtains.

Can I use these with a track system?

No, these are eyelet curtains intended for use with a round curtain rod.

How do I measure for the correct size?

Measure your window width and height, then ensure your curtain width is at least 1.5 to 2 times the width of the window for proper fullness.

Is the geometric pattern on both sides?

The pattern is featured on the front face of the fabric, while the lining is on the reverse.

What is the primary material texture?

The fabric features a jacquard weave, which provides a subtle, raised texture characteristic of high-quality woven goods.

Troubleshooting

Curtains not sliding smoothly

Check that the curtain rod is clean and free of debris and that the eyelets are not obstructed.

Wrinkles in fabric after unpacking

Use a light steamer on the reverse side of the curtain to gently remove creases without damaging the jacquard texture.

Light bleeding through sides

Ensure the curtain track extends sufficiently beyond the window frame to provide full coverage.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Elegant geometric aesthetic
  • High-quality jacquard texture
  • Includes lining for improved light control
  • Simple eyelet mounting system

Cons

  • Requires specific rod diameter for eyelets
  • Dry clean or specialized care likely needed for delicate fabric
  • Single color scheme may not fit all minimalist decors

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To install the Aurelio Curtains, ensure your curtain rod is compatible with the eyelet design, which is intended to slide directly onto a pole. Avoid using clip-on rings, as they are unnecessary for this style. When preparing your space, measure the width of your window frame to ensure the curtains have enough fullness to drape correctly. For care, always check the internal fabric label, but generally, avoid machine washing to maintain the integrity of the jacquard texture and the lining; professional cleaning is recommended to preserve the fabric's appearance.
