Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Unboxing: Remove the shoes from their packaging.
- Lacing: Lace your shoes securely. Ensure they are snug but not uncomfortably tight. Experiment with different lacing patterns, such as a 'heel lock' lacing, to achieve optimal ankle and midfoot support if needed.
Compatibility
These training shoes are primarily designed for strength training, weightlifting, and gym-based functional fitness. Their features are tailored to provide stability, support, and a grounded feel. They are suitable for adult males, as specified in the product attributes. They are not recommended for activities requiring significant running mileage, such as marathons or trail running, as their sole and cushioning properties are specialized for static and dynamic gym work.
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the mesh upper and sole with a damp cloth to remove surface dirt and sweat. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap solution (like diluted dish soap) and a soft brush. Gently scrub soiled areas, then wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
- Drying: Always air dry your shoes completely at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or tumble dryers, as excessive heat can damage materials and adhesives. Stuffing them with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape.
- Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures. Proper storage helps prolong their lifespan.
- Odor Control: To combat odors, you can insert shoe deodorizers or dryer sheets into the shoes between uses. Ensure they are fully dry before storing.
