The Under Armour Charged Surge 4 is a versatile trainer designed for active adults who prioritize comfort and breathability during daily movement or light running. These shoes excel at providing a cushioned feel without the bulk of traditional trainers, making them an ideal choice for those who need a reliable, lightweight option for their daily routine. However, users should note that as a lightweight performance shoe, they are best suited for road running or gym use rather than intense trail running or heavy-duty outdoor terrain.

These are optimized for short to medium distances and daily training; they provide ample comfort for these uses.
Yes, the Charged Cushioning provides a stable enough platform for general gym training and weightlifting.
Use a soft-bristled brush with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry naturally away from heat sources.
This model is designed with a standard athletic fit.
No, the mesh upper is designed for maximum breathability and is not waterproof.
Loosen the lacing system at the specific eyelets to allow for more volume across the instep.
Ensure you are using the correct size; loose fitting can allow debris in. Use a protective spray if using on dusty tracks.
Use the 'runner's loop' lacing technique through the top eyelet to create a tighter heel lockdown.
Getting the most out of your Under Armour Surge 4 requires proper maintenance. For initial setup, ensure the laces are adjusted to accommodate your foot width for a secure, non-binding fit. When it comes to care, spot cleaning with a soft brush and mild soapy water is recommended to maintain the mesh integrity; do not machine wash or tumble dry, as high heat can damage the cushioning materials. Store your shoes in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to prevent material degradation.
