The Under Armour Surge 4 Trainers are designed for active adult men who prioritize cushioned comfort and lightweight performance during their daily fitness routines. These shoes excel at providing a highly breathable experience to keep feet cool during intense activity, though they are specifically engineered for general training and movement rather than specialized long-distance marathon racing.

They are designed primarily for general training and light running. While comfortable for daily movement, they may lack the specific stability features required for serious marathon training.
Yes, they provide enough stability for general weightlifting, though the cushioning is softer than dedicated flat-soled lifting shoes.
Under Armour generally fits true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size to ensure adequate room during physical activity.
Yes, the insoles are typically removable if you need to insert your own custom orthotics.
No, the breathable mesh design allows air to pass through, which means water can also enter the shoe easily. They are best suited for dry-weather activities.
Feet often swell during exercise; try loosening the laces mid-workout to accommodate natural expansion.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove dry dirt before wiping with a damp cloth.
To ensure the longevity of your Surge 4 trainers, always ensure you have the correct fit; there should be roughly a thumb-width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe. When the shoes become soiled, wipe the outer mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can compromise the integrity of the foam cushioning and adhesives. Always allow them to air dry at room temperature away from direct sunlight or artificial heat sources.
