Getting started with your Dreamland Intelliheat Throw is straightforward, and maintaining it for long-lasting use is simple.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the throw and its control unit from the packaging.
2. Connect Control: Ensure the Intelliheat detachable control is securely plugged into the connection point on the throw. This connection is typically a simple push-fit or click mechanism.
3. Position: Place the throw on your sofa, bed, or wherever you intend to use it, ensuring the control unit is easily accessible.
4. Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard electrical outlet. The throw is now ready to use.
5. Power On: Press the power button on the control unit and select your desired temperature setting.

Compatibility

• Size: The throw measures 120 x 160 cm, making it suitable for a single person or as an extra layer on a double bed or sofa.
• Power: Compatible with standard household electrical outlets. No special adapters or power sources are required.

Care Instructions

Proper care will extend the life and performance of your heated throw.

1. Detach Control: ALWAYS disconnect the Intelliheat control unit from the throw BEFORE cleaning. Ensure the power plug is also removed from the wall outlet.
2. Machine Wash: The throw is machine washable. Follow the specific washing instructions on the product label. Generally, a delicate cycle with a mild detergent is recommended.
3. Tumble Dry: After washing, the throw can be tumble dried. Use a low heat setting to prevent damage to the heating elements. Avoid excessive heat.
4. Air Dry (Optional): If preferred, you can also air dry the throw by laying it flat or hanging it over a line, ensuring it is completely dry before reattaching the control.
5. Storage: When not in use, ensure the throw is completely dry, then fold it neatly and store it in a cool, dry place. Do not place heavy objects on top of it.

Important: Never immerse the control unit in water or other liquids. Always ensure the throw is completely dry before reconnecting the control and plugging it back into power.
